In no particular order (most of these have both storefronts and online shops)—Zara, Ssense, Solestruck, Asos, Need Supply Co., Nasty Gal, Pixie Market, Urban Outfitters, All Saints, H&M, Topshop, and American Apparel. I also love local shops like Moksha Clothing, and thrifting at places like Crossroads, Buffalo Exchange, and whatever other little places I can find. Etsy is also really lovely for jewelry and vintage things.
